Recipes from Clarke’s Chefs

Tasting is believing! Clarke chefs are constantly developing new recipes that showcase the extraordinary features of different Wolf appliances. Search by type of appliance or food (desserts, side dishes, etc.)

Noodle Kugel

This traditional Hanukkah dish can be a sweet side dish or even used as a dessert.

Easy Chicken Enchiladas in Red Sauce

Skip all the fillers and sodium in that premade canned enchilada sauce and make your own in under 15 minutes!

Dulce de Leche Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies

Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner, and while you may know you’re going to make nachos or enchiladas to go with your margarita, what’s your plan for dessert? These dulce de leche chocolate thumbprint cookies are the perfect addition to your Cinco do Mayo meal! Jane Vitagliano, a showroom consultant in our Boston showroom, put this recipe together and has her dessert all ready to go for next week.

Honey Oatmeal Bread (Baking with Yeast without the worry)

Unsure about baking with yeast? No need to worry anymore. With a stand mixer and a Wolf Convection Steam Oven, baking with yeast is an easy process that yields amazing results. This recipe can be enjoyed with any Wolf Oven, it’s just that the Convection Steam Oven offers extra enhancements.

Pad Thai Noodles

Our new Sealed Burner Range Top with Wok Burner has a high of 35,000 Btu and low of 3,500 Btu, giving you ample power and control. Pad Thai is a perfect example of the many delicious stir fry’s that can be made with the traditional style of wok cooking.

Summer Squash Asian Siracha Slaw

This is one of those recipes that gets better and better the longer it marinades. I like this recipe as a great addition to a rice bowl, added into fried rice or even a stir fry! A word of caution; I recommend starting with half the amount of Siracha and taste to your desired spice level. If you can’t get ahold of Spicy Kimchi Siracha replace with regular Siracha and a teaspoon of fish sauce as an alternative. Get ready to spice up your dinner!

Sesame Crusted Tuna

This recipe will help transport you to the tropics! Something you might have thought of as a restaurant order only dish can be done right at home and with ease! At Clarke, we like to serve this with some aromatic rice with our Summer Squash Asian Slaw and our Spicy Mango Sweet and Sour Sauce. Yum!

Spicy Sweet and Sour Sauce

This simple recipe can be made out of things you would normally have right in your pantry and refrigerator. This recipe is also one you can easily customize to make your own! You can add different hot sauces, or even change the juices you use. Don’t like heat? You can leave it out for a good classic sweet and sour sauce. This recipe is perfect for eggrolls, spring rolls, rice bowls, or whatever else you can think of!

Delicious and Gluten-Free: Jane’s Delightful Easter Cake

On any given day in Clarke’s 7 Tide Showroom in Boston Seaport, you’ll find Jane Vitagliano trying a new recipe (or one of her longtime favorites) on various Wolf appliances. Now Jane, like all of our consultants, is working at home, but that hasn’t changed her cooking and baking
schedule. We’re delighted to share this sure-to-be-delicious holiday dessert that Jane whipped up in her home kitchen. It comes out perfectly every time using the Wolf Convection Steam Oven! You’ll never scoff at gluten-free baking again after tasting this flourless chocolate cake. Plus, Jane’s cake decoration instructions make this cake a centerpiece, as well as your family’s new favorite treat.

Greek Inspired Shepherd’s Pie

This Shepherds Pie has inspirations from the Greek dish Moussaka, with the ease of traditional Shepherds Pie. Cheesy mashed potatoes are the perfect topping to this hearty meal.

Baked Cannellini Beans

These baked beans are a great side to any meal, and even an amazing appetizer dip when served with bread or pita chips!

Crab Cake Dip

You definitely won’t be crabby after having this dish! This simple recipe is an unexpected addition to any party or gathering and tastes great served with crackers and vegetables.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Looking for that go to dip that everyone will enjoy? Look no Further! This Spinach Artichoke Dip can feed a crowd whether its game day or just a friendly get together. I like to make this recipe in advanced and only have to heat it up for serving the day I need it. Less time in the kitchen and more time with your family and friends.
