Home fries have always been a morning favorite, but it can be a long and tedious project to prepare them. This recipe makes a big batch that can be put in the freezer. If you’re in a rush in the morning or just craving a quick starch fix, you can easily put the potatoes in a pan with some oil to crisp them up. No more worrying about all that cutting. Preparing and then freezing the batch takes away a bunch of cooking time for when you’re on the go
This bread pudding is perfect for breakfast or a late-night pick-me-up. We chose to serve ours with vanilla pudding and fresh berries, but you can customize this recipe by serving this with whatever you’d like from chocolate sauce to nuts and everything in between.
Nothing beats a roasted chicken recipe that you can perfect every time, using your Wolf oven’s probe. Make sure to save the carcass for the best homemade chicken stock!
Jane’s last recipe, the Delightful Easter Cake, was a big hit. Now she’s turned her attention to another of her favorites. Stuffed eggs are served warm in many parts of France. These are great for brunch, or lunch or a light dinner served over a salad.
This quick and tasty recipe is a must add to your rotation of weekday meals! If you have prep time earlier in the day, cut up all of your vegetables and store in a large container for later. Then, 20 minutes before you want to eat, all you have to do is sauté everything and you’re done!
There’s nothing your mother would love more than having breakfast made for her. Jane’s Eggs on a Raft is an easy recipe for anyone that will let Mom know you really care. Just remember to clean up after yourself so she’s not stuck with a kitchen to clean!
Serve these tostadas like a taco bar so each person can customize them to their own liking. Perfect for Cinco de Mayo!
Skip all the fillers and sodium in that premade canned enchilada sauce and make your own in under 15 minutes!
Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner, and while you may know you’re going to make nachos or enchiladas to go with your margarita, what’s your plan for dessert? These dulce de leche chocolate thumbprint cookies are the perfect addition to your Cinco do Mayo meal! Jane Vitagliano, a showroom consultant in our Boston showroom, put this recipe together and has her dessert all ready to go for next week.
Unsure about baking with yeast? No need to worry anymore. With a stand mixer and a Wolf Convection Steam Oven, baking with yeast is an easy process that yields amazing results. This recipe can be enjoyed with any Wolf Oven, it’s just that the Convection Steam Oven offers extra enhancements.
Our new Sealed Burner Range Top with Wok Burner has a high of 35,000 Btu and low of 3,500 Btu, giving you ample power and control. Pad Thai is a perfect example of the many delicious stir fry’s that can be made with the traditional style of wok cooking.
This is one of those recipes that gets better and better the longer it marinades. I like this recipe as a great addition to a rice bowl, added into fried rice or even a stir fry! A word of caution; I recommend starting with half the amount of Siracha and taste to your desired spice level. If you can’t get ahold of Spicy Kimchi Siracha replace with regular Siracha and a teaspoon of fish sauce as an alternative. Get ready to spice up your dinner!
