Cameras would roll, prep chefs worked their magic on Wolf ranges and ovens, makeup artists dabbed powder on the next guest, and the host, Chef Ming Tsai, adeptly orchestrated the filming of up to three programs per day!

Two Main Ingredients
Each episode of Simply Ming focused on two main ingredients: one from the East and one from the West.
