Tailgating Wings
Wings are always a crowd pleaser, especially when everyone gets to choose their own flavors. We chose classic buffalo, BBQ, and garlic parmesan, but the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients
Wings
- Chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon corn starch per lb of wings
- 1 teaspoon salt per lb of wings
- 1 teaspoon of pepper per lb of wings
Sauces and Sides
- Buffalo Sauce
- BBQ Sauce
- Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- Ranch
- Carrots
Method of Preparation
- Preheat your Wolf Convection Oven to 400° on the Convection Mode.
- Pat your wings dry. Gently toss them in the salt, pepper, and corn starch.
- Line sheet trays with parchment paper and set a baking rack on top. Place the wings on top of the baking rack, making sure not to overcrowd the pans.
- Place them in the oven and roast until they have reached an internal temperature of 165° and are crispy and golden.
- While the wings are roasting, wash and cut your carrots and celery into sticks. We used the Condiment Serving Board for our sauce combinations, while we used the Garnish Serving Board for carrots, celery, and optional herbs.
- Depending on the size of your Galley Work Station, you can use the Dual Tier Wash and Serve Set to hold beverages.
- Once your wings are crispy and cooked to perfection, add them to the bowl of your Dual Tier Wash and Serve Set.
