Green Goddess Dip
We have all been guilty of buying a bunch of herbs for a recipe and always have so much leftover. This is such a simple way to use up those extra herbs in fridge. Everything gets thrown into blender simple as that! Leave in fridge up to three days.

Ingredients
½ cup packed fresh dill
½ cup packed fresh mint
½ cup packed fresh parsley
⅓ cup packed fresh basil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 scallions roots trimmed
1 lemon zest and juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup feta
½ cup Greek yogurt
Salt and Pepper to taste
Raw chopped vegetables to serve with as desired
Method of Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a blender except oil. Blend on medium high until combined then slowly add oil through top spout. Season to taste and enjoy!
