Green Goddess Dip

We have all been guilty of buying a bunch of herbs for a recipe and always have so much leftover. This is such a simple way to use up those extra herbs in fridge. Everything gets thrown into blender simple as that! Leave in fridge up to three days.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup packed fresh dill
  • ½ cup packed fresh mint
  • ½ cup packed fresh parsley
  • ⅓ cup packed fresh basil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 scallions roots trimmed
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup feta
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Raw chopped vegetables of your choice!

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in your Wolf Gourmet Blender except oil. Blend on medium high till combined and slowly add oil through top spout. Season to taste and enjoy!
