Apricot Cranberry Sauce

Why settle for typical canned cranberry sauce? This homemade apricot cranberry sauce is the perfect combination of sweet and tangy and is ready in 15 minutes!

YIELD: 8-12 servings

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup dried apricot
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method of Preparation

  1. Roughly chop the dried apricots until they are about the size of a cranberry. Zest and juice your oranges.
  2. Add all your ingredients to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat on your Wolf Cooktop or Wolf Sealed Range Top.
  3. Stir frequently and reduce heat to medium to let simmer until the cranberries burst.
  4. Once the sauce begins to thicken, remove from heat and let cool.
