Ingredients
- 5 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup dried apricot
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Roughly chop the dried apricots until they are about the size of a cranberry. Zest and juice your oranges.
- Add all your ingredients to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat on your Wolf Cooktop or Wolf Sealed Range Top.
- Stir frequently and reduce heat to medium to let simmer until the cranberries burst.
- Once the sauce begins to thicken, remove from heat and let cool.
