Here’s how to become a member

Please fill out the short form below to start your enrollment to the Clarke Designer Rewards program. Once you submit the information below, you will be contacted by Lee Maida from Clarke, who will set up your access to submit claims. Please note that the first project you submit must total 200 or more points. After that, you can submit projects of any point amount.
