Both take up just 15” of cabinet space and can be seamlessly integrated into your space by ordering your model to accept a custom cabinet panel. Both offer the unique cube shape, which won’t clump or dilute your drinks. So, what is the difference between the two models?
The Legacy Gourmet Cuber Model DCE33 produces up to 30 lbs. of gourmet ice in 24 hours. It maintains ideal bin capacity with automatic shut-off and restart. This model can be ordered to accept custom wood panels to match your cabinetry.
The Brilliance® Cuber Model SCC30 also provides 30 lbs. of gourmet ice in 24 hours. The front panel can be ordered with the Scotsman front panel kit or unfinished to accept custom cabinet wood panel. The major difference is that it uses less water and energy than the Legacy model.
The Brilliance® Cuber Model SCC50 is the most advanced model, providing up to 65 lbs. of gourmet ice in 24 hours and also uses less water and energy than the Legacy model. It can accommodate your cabinet panel to seamlessly integrate into the environment. However, this model is also available in an outdoor stainless steel version to enhance your outdoor entertaining.
