On Saturday, November 21st, Clarke Chef Brittany Wezler (formally Brittany Williams) will be answering the most-asked questions about cooking a holiday turkey in a Wolf oven, in a live streaming video program from 11AM – 1PM on Clarke’s YouTube Channel.
Every year Clarke showrooms in Milford, MA and South Norwalk, CT, receive hundreds of calls looking for information about how to cook the perfect holiday turkey in a Wolf oven. This year, the Clarke team has decided to leverage technology to share knowledge with as many Wolf owners as possible right before the holidays.
“There are typically five types of questions we get every year,” said Chef Brittany. “We field questions about defrosting and refrigerating the holiday bird, how to brine a turkey, the type of pan and Wolf cooking modes to use, the perfect temperature for cooking that turkey and whether or not to stuff the turkey. We will answer all of those questions and more.”
Chef Brittany, along with Chef Kevin Duffy of Johnson & Wales University’s College of Culinary Arts, will be answering questions that are already pouring in, as well as any questions that are posted on Clarke’s Facebook page during the two-hour program.
