These Roasted Red Peppers will be a hit


  • 2-3 Red, Yellow, or Orange Bell Peppers


  1. Turn on Char-broiler and allow to pre-heat for 10 minutes
  2. Wash peppers and pat dry
  3. Place peppers on char-broiler and allow to char on all sides until the whole pepper looks burnt and black, about 7 minutes
  4. Remove peppers and immediately place in a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap
  5. As the peppers sit, condensation will develop and help release the skin from the pepper flesh
  6. After 10-15 minutes, remove peppers from bowl and gently peel skin off and remove the seeds
  7. Slice and store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
