This recipe is SO simple but so satisfying. Nothing like a crunchy, salty snack filled with protein to keep you going during the game! You can add your favorite flavors too, like garlic powder, old bay, chili powder, etc!
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
Preheat Wolf oven to Convection 400°
Gently pat chickpeas dry with paper towel and toss with oil and salt. Spread out evenly onto a parchment or foil lined sheet tray and bake for 35-45 minutes until golden and crunchy.
