Give your classic corned beef a delicious makeover this St Patrick’s Day. Make this sandwich the traditional way with rye bread, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Tangy Dressing, or add some of your favorite sandwich toppings for a twist!
Once the temperature drops, the soup pot becomes a main staple of our kitchens. Warm, rich, and soothing, soups are an understated meal and side dish that we can’t get enough of. Typically, French Onion Soup is made with a rich beef broth, but we’ll tell you how we made this classic dish vegetarian.
With Halloween canceled this year, we recreated our favorite holiday gift to tie into Halloween. This Pumpkin Seed Brittle is sweet, salty, and just as irresistible as traditional brittles.

Gnocchi are the ultimate comfort food but can be a bit too hearty during the summer months. We paired our gnocchi with a light pan sauce with fresh seasonal vegetables to make this dish year-round. These gnocchi are also delicious with any of your garden’s vegetables and herbs.
Home fries have always been a morning favorite, but it can be a long and tedious project to prepare them. This recipe makes a big batch that can be put in the freezer. If you’re in a rush in the morning or just craving a quick starch fix, you can easily put the potatoes in a pan with some oil to crisp them up. No more worrying about all that cutting. Preparing and then freezing the batch takes away a bunch of cooking time for when you’re on the go
As a kid these tostadas were my favorite lunch my mom would make. I love servings these like a taco bar so each person can customize them to their own likings. Great option for those picky eaters and perfect for cinco de mayo!
I hope you enjoy them,

Our new Sealed Burner Range Top with Wok Burner has a high of 35,000 Btu and low of 3,500 Btu, giving you ample power and control. Pad Thai is a perfect example of the many delicious stir fry’s that can be made with the traditional style of wok cooking.
This is one of those recipes that gets better and better the longer it marinades. I like this recipe as a great addition to a rice bowl, added into fried rice or even a stir fry! A word of caution; I recommend starting with half the amount of Siracha and taste to your desired spice level. If you can’t get ahold of Spicy Kimchi Siracha replace with regular Siracha and a teaspoon of fish sauce as an alternative. Get ready to spice up your dinner!
This Shepherds Pie has inspirations from the Greek dish Moussaka, with the ease of traditional Shepherds Pie. Cheesy mashed potatoes are the perfect topping to this hearty meal.
